We have an exciting new vacancy for a High Voltage Electric Vehicle Technician for a vehicle dealership in Pretoria, East.

Duties:

We are seeking a qualified High Voltage Electric Vehicle Technician to manage diagnostics, servicing, repair, and maintenance of high-voltage EVs, including batteries, inverters, and drivetrains. The role includes service planning, technical reporting, warranty claims, and parts management, as well as supervising and mentoring workshop staff and supporting process improvements and new service network setup.

Requirements:

• Qualified Automotive Technician.
• High Voltage / EV certification.
• Minimum 8 years workshop experience.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostic software and tools.
• Previous experience with electric vehicles.
• Experience with fleet maintenance environments.
• Workshop or team leadership experience.
• Warranty and technical reporting experience.
• Parts or inventory management exposure.
• Clean criminal record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Grade 12/Matric.
