We have a great opportunity for a Booking clerk with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.

Duties:

• Booking vehicles into the workshop for services.
• Preparation of Job – Cards, attachment of necessary paperwork (vehicle history and service packages).
• Answering the customers' inquiries and making sure to improve the customers' services.
• Assisting customers with quotations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Booking clerk with a Vehicle dealership.
• Experience working with corporate vehicle brands like Haval, Kia, Renault, Ford, Chery etc.
• Grade 12.
• Clear criminal record.
• Valid drivers license.
