We have an exciting new vacancy for a Sales Coordinator for a company within the trucking and commercial industry in Johannesburg.

Duties:

Manage export logistics from port to bonded warehouses, coordinate transporters, resolve delays, reconcile PODs, ensure safety and policy compliance, report on deliveries, manage incidents and fuel usage, maintain movement records, handle cross-border documentation, and support ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have experience within the trucking and commercial industry.
• Diploma, certificate or relevant qualification in sales management.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination.
• Experience within the automotive industry or logistics companies.
• Good understanding of incoterms and export requirement per country.
• Must have export movement experience, SADC preferred, truck deliveries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel(data manipulation and reporting)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Confident and proactive approach- anticipates issues and requirements.
• Read and write in English.
• Clean criminal record.
• Valid code 10 driver’s license.
• Grade 12/Matric.
