Job Description

Vacancy for a Customer Service administrator with a Vehicle dealership

Duties

  • Operate telephone by answering, screening, or forwarding of calls in a friendly manner and in a fast time frame. Professional telephone manner should be displayed at all times with a customer service orientation mindset.
  • DCS while updating CS & SR (for new and service) with follow up calls to all customers.
  • Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
  • Data capturing and correcting information on Evolve.
  • Receive and resolve complaints from customers. Refer to management where necessary.
  • Perform administrative support tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Service or Workshop administrator
  • Must have motor industry experience
  • Must have experience with Evolve
  • Must have good telephonic and customer relation skills
