We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Manager to oversee and lead a well-established motor company in Tzaneen.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the Service and Parts Department.
• Oversee sales, staff, and finances for both departments.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Maintain profitability through strict financial controls.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead, develop, and motivate team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Service, Workshop, or Aftersales Management.
• Experience within a corporate-branded dealership's Service Department.
• Experience with volume brands such as Renault, Nissan, Isuzu, etc.
• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Must be a qualified technician.
