Warranty Administrator

Vehicle Dealership is looking to fill a position for a Warranty Administrator for their Service department

Duties and responsibilities: Collaborating with Managers and technicians on vehicles booked in with service department, Fulfilling warranty requirements, Solving warranty issues, Monitoring defective products, Maintaining records of customer details, and reporting of warranties

Requirements:

• Experience with Warranty and Administration within Service department
• Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brands like VW, Suzuki, Ford, Mazda etc.
• Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills,
• Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, Evolve etc.
• Motor industry experience specifically
• Grade 12
• Clear criminal record
