We have a vacant position for a Dealer Principal 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff
• Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments
• Maintain and increase market penetration
• Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards
• Reporting to manufacturer and head office according to targets and standards set out

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership
• Considerable experience within a vehicle dealership and good understanding of the sales, service and or parts department
• Solid track reference and excellent management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Clear criminal record
