Vacancy: New Vehicle Sales manager

Duties and responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the sales department, Sourcing, purchasing, and pricing of vehicles, Managing sales staff, motivating and training staff. Meeting monthly sales targets, Marketing and promotions to ensure sales for the department, Ensuring growth and profit for the department

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Vehicle sales manager
• Experience with New vehicle sales and sales management
• Experience working in a corporate dealership and brands like Opel, Peugeot, Kia, Honda, Isuzu etc.
• Track record of reaching targets and making profits
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Dynamic, driven, leadership, negotiation skills
• Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record
