We have an opportunity for a New Vehicle Sales Manager in Durban

Duties:

• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed targets
• Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
• Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
• Compile regular reports for dealership management to review

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in vehicle sales management with new or used cars
• Track record of reaching sales targets and profits
• Leadership abilities and good communication skills
• Clear criminal record and solid references
