General Manager

We have a position available for a General Manager with a Vehicle Dealership in Klerksdorp.

The duties of the position would require the following: Manage all aspects of the Dealership to ensure achievement of goals Create and implement marketing strategies to maximize business opportunities and sales; Manage Dealership profitably and ensure a high level of productivity in all departments; Ensuring high Customer Satisfaction Index; Lead, develop and motivate staff.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with tertiary qualification related to management
• Experience as General Manager or Dealer Principle with a corporate vehicle Dealership
• At least 3 years experience on senior management level
• Management and self driven abilities
• Target driven, excellent communication skills
• Application of Policies & Procedures, Business systems, Financial analysis and Customer handling Knowledge;
• Valid drivers license and clear record
